Ben grew up in Scottsdale, AZ working his father's pool route. After graduate school, Ben worked as an estate manager for some of America's leading families. He returned home and created 7 Star Pools, a full-service pool building, repair and maintenance company. In 2025 he relocated to Washington, DC and founded DC PoolWorks.​​
